LeverPoint's management team brings a wealth of expertise to their respective areas of responsibility.  Further, all the senior executives have worked in outsourcing for approximately 20 years each and bring long-term, established reputations and relationships to the market place.

Over those years, they have "sat on both sides of the table" as both "buyers" and "sellers" of outsourcing.  As such, they have been in the position of formulating internal sourcing strategy and then the oversight and management of delivery within various organizations as CEO, CTO, and COO.  As "sellers", they have founded and lead services organizations in the business of providing the outsourcing services to clients.   Thus, LeverPoint's offerings are built with an eye both to structure and process while being practical to implement in the very demanding real world of software product development.

Todd Bramblett, CEO

Mr. Bramblett has over 20 year's executive management experience leading companies from initial vision to operational success and profitability. Having founded and managed both professional services as well as software firms, he has a proven track-record of delivering results in everything from venture funding, where he has raised almost $30MM, to sales and marketing, where he has produced double and even triple digit quarterly revenue growth.

Prior to founding LeverPoint, Todd worked at Ikimbo Inc. from May 2001 until June 2003 where he served in several executive roles before being asked by the Board and lead VC's to step up to the CEO position in June 2002. During his time as CEO, he cut spending by almost 70%, raised two additional rounds of funding, and re-targeted Ikimbo's sales and services organizations. Further, he personally conceived and provided the vision for a new product then lead Ikimbo from inception to release on this product utilizing a hybrid onshore-offshore software co-development model that dramatically increased Ikimbo's speed-to-market, cut development costs, and dramatically improved Ikimbo's software quality. Most of the lessons learned and methods used in Ikimbo's software co-development model serve as the foundation for LeverPoint 'dual shore' software co-development model today.

Prior to Ikimbo, Todd co-founded and served as CEO of a high-growth Washington DC-based Application Service Provider (ASP), ASPEN, that provides complex enterprise application solutions to the SME marketplace. Under his direction, ASPEN quickly distinguished itself from its competitors by exceeding its quarterly targets every quarter since inception for application/SLA performance, client satisfaction, and partner channel development, and revenue generation. Further, ASPEN achieved a publicly recognized industry leadership position by becoming the first ASP to meet Microsoft Great Plains' rigorous ASP certification standards for both their financial and CRM applications. ASPEN was acquired by OutTask, a larger ASP in June 2001.

Prior to founding ASPEN, Todd founded and serviced as EVP/COO for the consulting services division of a prominent IT distributor, EdgeMark Systems (later changed its name to BroadPoint Technologies). Within 20 months, he grew the consulting organization from 1 to approximately 80 people with four offices along the east coast and annual revenues from 400K to over 12MM.

In 1990, Todd founded CompAcct, Ltd that became one of the top 5 providers of Great Plains financial applications and services worldwide. By 1996 he sold CompAcct to GE Capital Consulting where he joined the executive team responsible for managing the Mid-Atlantic region's 350 consulting services professionals. He was quickly designated the National Director of GECC's mid-market applications practice responsible for setting strategy, determining and delivering on direct and channel sales revenue targets.

Prior to starting his own company, Todd served as Director of Finance for Sunrise Retirement Homes (Nasdaq: SNRZ) where he was responsible for the financial planning, accounting and IT systems and back-office operations for Sunrise during a period of explosive growth. During a 2.5 year period, Sunrise grew from one facility generating $2MM in revenues to 12 facilities generating approximately $20MM in revenues.

In 1985, Todd completed his undergraduate studies having pursued major or minor degrees in everything from computer science and accounting to pre-medicine and psychology at Covenant College, in Chattanooga , Tennessee.
