October 2006 - Executive Luncheon #3 - New York , NY
Local expert panel discussed achieving truly successful execution in offshoring.  Topics included maximizing speed and effectiveness in product management, developments in global software development management applications (discovering the new world of collaborative software development) and advanced techniques for managing product and quality development practices.  In addition panelists spoke on the important aspects of recovering a project that may already be derailed and reviewed the technologies that present the greatest challenges to offshoring success.
