Essentially all project development, from initial study to testing, is done in LeverPoint ' s offshore premises. This particular model works well in scenarios where the project goals are well defined and deviation from the same is unlikely.

Engagement Options

Client's typically engage with LeverPoint in one of two methods. Either method may be undertaken in one of our "right shore" models where a percentage of the work (up to 100%) is done on-site and a percentage of the work (up to 90%) is done off-site.

Virtual Offshore Development Center (VODC) - the most popular option and the one that provides the greatest long-term benefits - wherein LeverPoint works with the client to identify, train and then assists in the management of a dedicated technical team specific to Client's unique needs, or

Project Work - where LeverPoint works with the client to identify the scope, timeframe, deliverables, etc. for the project and then executes the agreed project plan.
